Breathing technique is something that may seem trivial, but it is an advanced technique that can make a huge difference. - There are a couple of breathing techniques that can be used, but for low rep, heavy weight lifting, I would recommend this breathing technique. - Take a deep breath before your rep, and hold it in your belly during your rep then let it out at the end or around the end of your rep. - This creates pressure, making you stronger and safer during your lift. - Another mistake I see when people breath is that they breathe up instead of down. Fill your belly not your chest.
