This was a special mug cake I made last night. I split the recipe into 2 ramekins so only 1/2 the recipe is pictured. This recipe has been around forever so I don’t know who the original credit belongs to. If you know please let us know in the comments below 🖤 The recipe Chocolate Mug Cake 2 tablespoons melted butter 2 tablespoons almond flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 tablespoon sweetener (I used golden monkfruit sweetener) 2 teaspoons coconut flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1 egg - mix everything together and microwave in a large mug or 2 (like I did) microwave for 45 seconds if the batch is split and up to 1.5 minutes if in one mug. 💚 mine is “special” because I used #cannabutter but that’s completely optional lol. ✌️ #keto #chocolatemugcake #ketomugcake #mugcake #ketochocolatemugcake #cannacake #ketocakerecipe ... 💭 thoughts on this recipe 🤔 I think it can get dry quick if you aren’t precise with your coconut flour measurement.
