People on the keto diet will love these chocolate chip cookies made with almond flour. They don't have any sugar or carbs and are very filling.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips. 1/3 cup erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Mix erythritol, baking powder, salt, and almond flour in a large bowl. When the coconut oil melts, add the egg and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together well. Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and mix them in. Take tablespoon-sized chunks of the dough and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between them. Use the back of a spoon to gently press down on each cookie. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Have fun with your tasty chocolate chip cookies made with almond flour!
