Ingredients: 6 large tomatoes. 200g goat cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Take the tomato lids off and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Put the chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Place some goat cheese inside each tomato. Put olive oil on top of the stuffed tomatoes. Put the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put the dish in an oven that has already been heated up and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tomatoes are soft. Enjoy while still warm!

Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Cut the mushroom stems into small pieces. Cut up the mushroom stems and put them in a bowl with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Each mushroom cap should be stuffed with the cream cheese mixture. Then, put the caps on a baking sheet. To make the topping, mix the almond flour and olive oil in a small bowl until the mixture is crumbly. Then, sprinkle the topping on top of the stuffed mushrooms. Ingredients: 3 lbs chicken wings. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Optional: ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for serving.
Instructions: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to melted butter in a bowl. Pour in buffalo sauce and mix well. Put chicken wings in the crock pot. Make sure the wings are evenly covered with the buffalo sauce mixture as you pour it over them. After 4-5 hours on low heat or 23 hours on high heat, the wings should be fully cooked and soft. Possible: Move the cooked wings to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and broil them for 5 to 7 minutes. This will make them crispier. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing to dip.
