Treat yourself to a keto-friendly version of your favorite potato chips and a creamy onion dip. Slices of zucchini are baked until they are perfectly crispy and served with a tasty dip.
Ingredients: 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt to taste. 1 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 small onion, finely chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon chopped chives. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 450F 225C. Slice the zucchini and add it to a bowl. Add olive oil and salt. Put slices of zucchini on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Flip the pan over halfway through the 2025 minutes of baking until it is golden brown and crispy. To make the sauce, put chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a different bowl. Add the chopped onion and garlic and mix them all together. Put the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. Put the zucchini chips out and the onion dip in the fridge.
