A simple and savory vegan twist on the classic BLT sandwich, using crispy vegan bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato slices, all sandwiched between slices of whole grain bread.
Ingredients: 8 slices of vegan bacon. 4 slices of bread preferably whole grain. 1 large tomato, thinly sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. Vegan mayonnaise, to taste. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Warm up a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Follow the directions on the package to cook the vegan bacon slices until they are crispy. Usually, this takes about two to three minutes per side. Toast the bread until golden brown while the bacon is cooking. Cover the bread with vegan mayonnaise on one side and cook the bacon until it is crispy. Then put the sandwiches together. On top of the mayonnaise, put the lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and cooked vegan bacon. To taste, add salt and pepper. Put another slice of bread on top of each sandwich, mayonnaise side down. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve right away.

Ingredients: 4 large lettuce leaves. 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy. 1 large tomato, thinly sliced. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. 4 large tortillas or wraps.
Instructions: Lay out one tortilla or wrap on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly over the entire tortilla. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayo-covered tortilla. Place 2 slices of crispy bacon on top of the lettuce. Add a few slices of tomato over the bacon. Carefully roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go, to create a roll-up. Repeat steps 1-6 for the remaining tortillas and ingredients. Slice each roll-up in half diagonally to serve as halves or leave them whole.

Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 4 slices provolone cheese. 8 slices sandwich bread. 2 tablespoons butter, softened. 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes.
Instructions: Set a grill pan or pan for making sandwiches on medium heat. For even chicken breasts, pound them out and season them with salt and pepper. Use buffalo sauce to cover both sides of the chicken breasts. Put the chicken breasts on a grill pan or pan that has been heated up. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are fully cooked. Smooth out some soft butter on one side of every piece of bread. Spread butter on 4 slices of bread and then put a slice of provolone cheese, a cooked chicken breast, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes on top of each one. If you want, you can drizzle buffalo sauce over the chicken. Blue cheese dressing and ranch dressing should be spread on the side of the last 4 bread slices that hasn't been buttered. Putting these slices of bread on top of the sandwich fillings, buttered side up, makes a sandwich. Grill or pan the sandwiches for three to four minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts. Now cut the sandwiches in half and serve them hot.

Ingredients: 2 cups cooked shredded chicken. 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup corn kernels. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 bag tortilla chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Put in the taco seasoning and shredded chicken. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking until the chicken is hot and seasoned. Put tortilla chips on a baking sheet. On top of the chips, put black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken. For 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Take it out of the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
