Bingo Prompt: Hurt/Comfort

Thinking about my rewatch of S2E5: Need. More specifically, the scene in the Naquadah mine when a memory from Jolinar leads Sam to realize that the Sarcophagus might be causing Daniel to go crazy. We see other moments like this where she takes on different abilities due to the blending, but they seem to fade once they're no longer plot relevant. I think it would've been interesting to see her take on some unusual quirks, only to realize that they come from Jolinar.

Maybe SG-1 gathers for their typical "team night" and they catch Sam humming a strange tune, which they trace back to Jolinar and the Tok'ra. Or she gets nervous and starts twirling her hair in her fingers, only to realize that Jolinar exhibited the same trait with Rosha. I guess my point is, it would've been cool to delve deeper into the effects of Jolinar's blending with Sam in a natural setting, outside of work.

Story elements to hopefully include:

Alt!Carter from 3x6 having married the now-dead alt!Jack makes Carter reevaluate how she feels and how she and he might feel. Bonus points if we hear her reaction when she and Daniel watched him kiss alt!Carter. They sure kissed for a long time.

Sam doesn’t usually go for older men and she never wanted to date colleagues, yet here she is having feelings for her SO.

After Martouf dies, compare/contrast her feelings about O’Neill with the complexity of navigating Jolinar and Martouf’s love, feeling feelings that didn’t come from her but ones she can still feel. And now there’s another layer to those feelings because now both Jolinar and Martouf are dead.

That part in 100 Days where O’Neill is stuck on a planet for a hundred days, Carter confesses to Janet that she ‘misses him’ and Janet carefully asking if it’s a problem.
