Now give the lat release a try! - Here's How to Perform the Lat Release!!! - 👉I'm using the end of a golf club as my weapon of choice for this release, but you can use anything that has a rounded edge that ranges from hard to soft! 👉If you have any other recommendations, let me know in the comments! 👉 Also, this requires a little bit of effort to press into the lat especially the ones with more developed lats! Sooooo 👇 Use a friend👫! This is a great time to have a friend help with the release! Just make sure they don't press too hard!!! Choose wisely! - 1️⃣ Lay on the Ground! 2️⃣ Place your arm over your chest! 3️⃣ Use your other arm and place the handle on your lat! 4️⃣ Press down on the lat! 5️⃣ Slowly raise your arm overhead similiar to the assessment in my last post!
