🍵 came up with a little tea potion of my own tonight, my favourite one so far! ✨ i’m not sure the exact measurement for water, i just filled up the mason jar pictured and put that in the pot, sorry! ✨ 2 tbs black tea (strength, stability, expelling negative energy, mental clarity) ✨ 2-3 tbs rosemary (power, happiness, protection, removes mental blockages) ✨ 5-6 small strawberries (love, good fortune, happiness) ✨ 1-2 squeezes of lemon (cleanse the mind, slows racing thoughts) ✨ 2 tbs honey (healing, self love, happiness)

A good luck spell for my herb garden 🌿✨
A little relaxation and protection herb jar spell I just put together. I’m sorry we haven’t posted much, our relationship has been rocky and the path to recovery is long, but our friendship endures. In the light of recent events, I’ve found myself plagued by nightmares, flashbacks, and general anxiety as I begin the long journey to healing following being r***d. The confidence of security in my life is hard to find, but with the help of the triple goddess and this jar imbued with relaxation and protection, I hope to be armed with the tools necessary to recover. Sorry for the rant, here’s the spell ✨ - spearmint and peppermint - found in tea leaf form (protection) - cinnamon (protection, + resilient energy, prevents nightmares) - bay leaves (strength and energy) - salt (general protection) - black tea w/lavender (grounding, relaxation) - nutmeg (protection, bolstering energy) - basil (protection, prevents nightmares) - rosemary (soothing, prevents nightmares) placed on an altar cloth, next to an altar to the elements and a blue candle, which to me symbolizes the element of spirit. Surrounded by amethyst, fluorite, angelite, quartz, rose quartz, selenite. Place into a jar while asking your diety for protection, peace, confidence, and security. Shake the jar while imbuing your energy into it, feeling it flow through to your fingertips. I hope this helps someone out there in need such as myself. I hope to be more active on here soon.
