So, I've recently found out I was bigender (for a month or so). I've always felt like a boy and girl at the same time but I just thought that was normal. I like my female body, but I want male genitals too, and I like being called a girl or boy, and when I get mistaken for a guy I feel happy and giddy. Again though, I do like being a girl as well.
But I just saw a post about trans being an umbrella term for both binary and non-binary, and how NB was another umbrella term for bigender and other genders.
Soooo, does this mean I'm technically or am trans? Does being bigender make me trans? Do I have to use this term or can I chose not to? Am I allowed to call myself trans even though I'm bigender?

So my situation is this; I'm a lesbian but I went out with a male friend because I felt bad for his breakup with his other gf. I broke up with him a few weeks ago and we're still friends. But, here's where it gets tricky. I wanna come out because only one of my friends knows I'm gay, but I don't want him to freak out. I'm sure he'll be supportive and all that, but I don't want him to feel bad for dating a lesbian, you know what I mean? So, helpful peeps of tumblr, what do I do? I was thinking on coming out to just him, but idk how, via text, call, face to face? And what if he thinks I lied to him by dating him?
