Cyclogenic culture is feeling left out of some plural spaces because you don't have a stable headcount and/or you don't know what that headcount should be in the first place.
Are we supposed to count fragments? Who counts as a fragment? Has anyone new formed? Has anyone faded? How do we know whether those things have actually happened, or if it just feels like it?
...et cetera, et cetera. We just say it's usually lower than ten.
Everyone is Real Exited about me deciding to figure out who the fragments are and how many of them there are. They apparently love to be perceived.
(also this has been apparently resulting in much higher split rates bc no one knows who they are and brain makes more ppl to fill in the gaps)
