I KNOW!!! and I can't even ask people outside of the system either, because while they'll probably answer, it's just that there's a chance they'll be mean about it.

sighs., yeah. right now we're in that weird phase of identity re-forming and none of us are distinct enough for our own names or appearances, but we have personalities. they're more like archetypes. it's weird.

We may have misunderstood (followup asks are welcome, if you'd like to add more context), but the closest term we've found is Open Circuit — a headmate in a circutien system that keeps coming back or "reoccuring", perhaps with links to previous headmates or past iterations of themselves.

Other words that give us similar vibes, but didn't quite fit:

Backmate - Describes someone who was previously dormant, but has returned.

Rebornative - An introject of a dormant headmate, who may also be fused with, or an aspect of, that headmate. They may feel a deep similarity to their source while considering themselves seperate in some ways.
