Ticking, Ticking. How many times have i heard this clock tick? counting got hard after a bit. My room is quiet. Where are the others? Why is it so dark? where am i?
...Where am i?
was about to make a post on one of the old main’s side blogs like “id like to start posting on here again but the original guy who was posting on here is fucking dead so” . but that would probably read very differently to people who aren’t assuming I’m making a joke about dormancy
What if I make the whole system railway themed?? I mean Gabriel has been nuked, some of us are betting on when he finally goes dormant, soo..

Where we are and where we'll probably be Hey, I don't think we've talked before; I'll use ss as my tag. We've had... another dormancy. pb, the previous host, is resting. Which is the best option, actually; they deserved it, one-hundred percent. And, that means that there's another person in charge now.
My tag will be [~~ss is talking!~~], but you can also call me Sam. I use he/they/any pronouns, I'm a mixtive whose source won't be revealed any time soon, and if you're one of our littles, there's a very high likelihood you've met me already. Of course, it's more than fair to need time to grieve; our inbox and dms are open if there's anything - questions, comments, concerns, etc. - that you'd like to share.
I haven't, uh... made a post before, so excuse my lack of media literacy. Please, give us some grace during this time; I won't be able to keep up with everything like it did, but I'll do everything I can.

makes me a bit sad to think that marine may be dead :,,. he was the last standing from the first-variation of the system we have besides olivi. ross, vesper, DS, anyone else from the first-variation are all gone, let it be dormant to the point of no return or simply Gone .
i wonder if marine is even still here . i know that he kept forcing himself into dormancy and he hasnt fronted in a really long time, nor could aime get him out of it like he can with anyone else, but i was never told if anything happened to bug . bug was really upset whenever our parents found out about the [----] thing and forced himself into "dormancy" but are they even dormant or did they just kill themself?
Accepting that we don't have to hold onto old members when we know they're not here anymore is a strange feeling, I always look at other plurals talking about how it feels to never know who will stay or who will leave and I think about how I wouldn't be able to handle that
We've had members go dormant before but usually that feels different from them being completely gone, it feels strange to build up a relationship with someone for months while thinking they'll stay forever only to wake up to them being gone one morning
I do mourn some of our old members, the ones who were here for so long I thought they were permanent, but at the same time it feels as if they wouldn't want me to be upset about it, because they helped me so much while they were here and recognising that they're gone doesn't mean ignoring the impact they had on me
Being a smaller system also seems to help us a lot more, we're about a dozen now and it feels like just the right size, there's enough of us to be there for each other without overwhelming anyone with overcrowding, being from the same source also helps a lot with communication because we already know each other from our source
I'm very thankful to all our old members who have left, but I also know they wouldn't want me to linger on it
