New exercise. Moving legs while in a balance, it's so hard! I moved way too quickly and let my leg drop in my hip and threw myself off π€¦ββοΈ

Getting into contortion taught me to focus. Beginning my journey into hand balance is teaching me patience with the one person I've never been able to have that withβmyself. Grateful for this journey (even when I wipe out), and all that I'm learning along the way.
