Halasana or Plough pose : Steps, Benefits

हल के समान शरीर की आकृति बनाने से इसे, हलासन (Halasana) कहते है।

*स्थिति : ताड़ासन ( उत्तान नानासन)

विधि /Steps :-

सर्वांगासन की भाँति पैरों को क्रमश: 30°,60°,90° तक उठाना चाहिए। इस स्थिति को हलासन (Halasana) कहते हैं।

हाथो से भूमि को दबाते हुये और पीठ को भूमि पर टिकाकर धीरे धीरे पैरों को सिर की ओर पोछे से जाना चाहिये।
