So one of my mermaid au pieces from Mermay 6 years ago blew up recntly. It was the one with my girl, Gyra Blackwell. Someone asked what would happen if she got into danger by a sea monster. Problem is, Gyra, though formidible on her own, hails from a very possessed lineage. Girl can and will go into full beast mode if she is in iminent danger of loosing her life. She can full on loose herself (which, typically freaks her out to the point where she doesn't want to go full nuclear, but ya know, stuff happenes). So, kind of feeling bad for the monster.
I did realize that this beast mode does change her appearence, but didn't know that she would aquire a second set of arms. I'm soo going to play more with that little revelation. There are a few things that can trigger the beast mode, including fear, anger and an overwhelming sense of injustice. Luckally she isn't an angry person and she was born without a healthy sense of self preservation so the beast mode is rare. Though there was once a time that she thought she could harness that power intentionally.... she was right in a way. But she was very wrong in another lol

this might be specific, but do you know of any terms for having multiple genders, but unable to identify the genders, even though its clear there are multiple?
Collgender: A polygender identity where one experiences too many genders to be able to describe them all.
Gyragender/Gyaragender/Gendervex: When you have multiple genders but don’t understand any of them.
There's alexigender but it's specifically fluid. You can combine multigender with other unknown identities (multiuin).

Just some scenes that are Gyra. Snuggling with her shape shifting buddy Sab, who disguises herself as a cat with two tails when in human company. Gyra enjoying her books and being over excitable. Worn out Gyra (because, the girl doesn’t know how to chill). Gyra having problems with fay. She is able to see through fay glamor where other people can’t. It took her a long long long time to understand what other people could and couldn’t see.

Do the seedlings consider Vulkan their father? What about Tarasha/Caedo and the Lion seedlings?
The Seedlings are a bit of a mixed bag with how they address Vulkan and the other Primarchs. Here is a graph on what they call Vulkan. It takes awhile for Tarasha to warm up to Guilliman and then after several months she begins cautiously calling him father. There's an event that helps that along that I'd like to make into a comic soon! Mallum Caedo alternates between calling him Father/My Lord/and Lord Father/And RAWWRROUGHGH!"
