Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. 2 ripe avocados, sliced. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup sour cream optional. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 4 gluten-free tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup shredded cheese optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the gluten-free tortillas according to package instructions. Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top each tortilla with avocado slices, salsa, sour cream if using, cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
