A delicious twist on traditional burgers, these Buffalo Chicken Burgers are packed with flavor from spicy buffalo sauce and tangy blue cheese. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner any night of the week!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes for topping.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, crumbled blue cheese, chopped celery, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken burgers for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes on the bottom half of each bun, then placing a chicken burger on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
