You have been writing them for a while and your series in particular shows wonderfully the complexity of their characters and their dynamic.
A question: have you some snippets that didn't make the cut in your lates story? Have you some headcanons about deeplander?
I don't know how to respond to the first part of this... 🥹 i like to hope that my stories make some kind of small difference for any fandom/ship i take part it. Deeplander is the first smaller ship i have participated in, and i did hope that by creating my own content others would want to create as well, i mean i know i get inspiered by other people in fandom sometimes. I don't know if me being the cause for the deeplander fandom growing is true, but its a very kind thing to say and i am happy to play even a small part 🐙🇺🇲🥰
As for your question, unfortunately no i don't have any cut scenes for my fics. My writing style is very linear. Content wise my rough drafts typically look very similar to my final drafts. The main changes i make when editing are just spelling/grammar/punctuation.
HC wise... here are a few cute little things i like to think about for them, some of which have made it to stories and others have not yet.
Homelander is a massive cuddler, to the point where he treats Deep like a pillow and just moves him around in bed when he gets comfy.
Deep talks about their sex life to his fish like girls talk with their girl friends.
Deep is a hand holder and the date planer.
Homelander gifts Deep things like cakes and Little Debbie treats because he knows Deep has a junk food sweet tooth.
