BTVS/AtS Character Tier Ranking
There were like 70+ characters in this list & that's too many so I limited it to 50. Just assume those who didn't make the ranking would've been in the 'meh' category.
(for the 'it's complicated' category: Spike is there because I like villain!Spike circa s2-s3 [love him with Dru] but I do not like Spike in the later seasons. Willow is a similar situation in that I love early!seasons Willow but I really do not like where they take her character in the later seasons. Wes & Jonathan are there because I don't like them but I do find them interesting/I like what the shows did with their arcs & therefore they don't fit in the 'meh' or 'hate' categories.)
