Esqueixada, a typical Catalan salad consisting of tomato, onion, cod fish and olives, and sometimes it may have sweet bell peppers. Very common, particularly in summer for its refreshing feeling.

Esqueixada
Una de los platos más conocidos de la región catalana es la Esqueixada de Bacalao, una ensalada por la cual en Cataluña están muy orgullosos. La gastronomía de España es una muy rica, desde platos netamente creados en el país hasta fusiones con otras culturas debido a la cercanía del país con otras importantes del continente y sus costas del Mar Mediterráneo.
