Update: Definitely found my own technique with making these gluten and egg free eggroll wrappers. I spent a lot of time on YouTube watching others make their eggroll wrappers. But, I still had to play with it and find what works best for me. This is by far my best batch! Trying to make sure it wasn’t too thick. Working with gluten free flour is definitely different than regular flour. We’re not ready to roll our eggroll line out, just yet. A peaceful and relaxing Ifthaar. The energy drink I made with a blend of almonds, cashews, figs and dates (which I learnt from my brother) was so nourishing and energizing, I would say it is a must for every ifthaar. Then a little bit of everything filled us up though we kept the dessert, the creamy mango Panna Cotta for later.
