Much like the guildmaster of the Izzet League himself, a deck based around Niv-Mizzet is about gathering knowledge. This Blue and Red deck focuses on drawing cards and interacting with spells and permanents on the field to contort the state of the game to its own design, forcibly guiding the other players towards its own ends. With the capability of taking large chunks of cards into hand at once, casting additional copies of spells, and manipulating the stack and the battlefield to the player's whims, the Dracogenius' deck is a truly unique experience among the decks I've put together.
my headcanon is that Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius = Ash from Adventure Time.
and whenever he outsmarts someone, he summons a little dragon ghost that dances and goes "you're not. a dracogenius. you're not. a dracogenius."
