I will be posting the sets and weights in my story later today, as usual. . 🔸BFR Dumbbell Stiff-leg Deadlift 🔸BFR Resistance Band High Rows Superset 🔸BFR Diamond Push-Ups 🔸BFR Dumbbell Low Row Superset 🔸BFR W Raise 🔸BFR Drag Curls . The entire workout took about 45 min and I was drenched by the end. The short rest times and supersets ensure that you are done quick and constantly moving. . Notice that I have a tricep exercise included in my pull day. I also include a bicep movement on my push days. One of the great things about BFR training is that you recover faster from the workouts, allowing you to increase frequency and focus on the areas you want to. . BFR training is surprisingly effective. It almost feels like a "cheat code" for muscle hypertrophy. 😁 Shorter workouts, lighter weight, and more results.
