305x2 full depth SSB squats, treating these as my front /high bar squat variation on #cubemethod
Dynamic day on #cubemethod, 280 for 30 secs. against heavy band
Last few reps of explosive day on #cubemethod, 195 bar weight with heavy bands for time. Hit 14 within 30 seconds, bar speed stayed fairly consistent but slowed a little in the last reps. Did 3x10 for rep bench after this, had to combine the 2 days but worked out fine.
