Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 1 red bell pepper, chopped. 1 green bell pepper, chopped. 1 can 10.75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 bag 30 oz frozen hash browns, thawed. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and bell peppers until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat. In a large bowl, mix together cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Layer half of the hash browns in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread half of the beef mixture over the hash browns. Repeat layers with remaining hash browns and beef mixture.
