Faith is insecure, assertive, fun and scrappy. Faith has always felt like she was alone in the world and has always sought a support system to make her feel secure.

At her best, Faith becomes calmer and less jealous of Buffy, as we see when she joins the Scoobies in s7. Faith also learns how to take responsibility for her actions and tries to be a better person. 

At her worst, Faith becomes destructive and violent. Faith becomes terrified of being exposed for her wrongdoings and instead chooses to try and turn on Buffy and ruin her reputation.

Faith is a counter-phobic 6 as she is more reactive and aggressive in regards to her fears. Faith also likes to present a tough exterior and pretend like she doesn't fear anything, when really this is just a defence mechanism. I also think Faith is the intimate subtype of 6 which is more likely to be counter-phobic. Intimate 6s can also be mistaken for 4s as they are usually quite expressive and edgy in the way they present themselves.

6s are often looking for something or someone to give them security (such as a belief system or an authority figure). When we meet Faith, she hasn't had the best time with authority figures, as her first watcher was killed and her second 'watcher' was bad. So, Faith tries to become involved with the Scoobies and wants to be liked by them (especially Buffy). She feels like Giles and Buffy are trustworthy and reliable. However, she is constantly feeling insecure about her position in the Scoobies as she feels excluded from important events. On one occasion, she asks Buffy about Angel and Buffy shuts her down, which makes Faith feel like she is not to be trusted. This all contributes to Faith's later actions.

After killing the human, Faith feels like her best course of action is to throw Buffy under the bus so she can 'stay safe.' After this doesn't work, Faith seeks an authority figure in the Mayor, because she thinks it will be better for her to be on his good side since he is so powerful. The Mayor and Faith form a strong relationship, with the Mayor acting as a father figure for Faith which is something she has always wanted.

Finally, I feel like the show is trying to show a duality between Buffy and Faith and that at their cores they have similar motivations. Faith serves as a warning to Buffy as to what her life could have been like without a support system like the Scoobies.

As long as a cp6 sees themself having a higher place within an imagined hierarchy than you then there is sadly no use in arguing. 6s are deaf to facts. As headtypes it’s their nature to second-guess e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g.They are paranoid and suspicious of things going too smoothly. Like you know those school tests where an answer seemed to easy to be true so you write down a wrong answer instead... that is 6-life in a nutshell.So even when for a minute it appears as you convinced them of a reasonable idea, a few seconds later they throw everything overboard and prefer to do stupid things instead.

Toni is aggressive, insecure, protective and reactive. Toni puts up a tough front but really she just wants to be loved and accepted.

At her best, Toni becomes calmer when she is with Shelby (integrating to 9). She also makes a conscious effort to control her emotions better after her fight with Martha. Toni also tries to channels her energy into productive outlets on the island.

At her worst, Toni can be destructive and extreme in her reactions, when her emotions get the best of her. She can also be quite aggressive and rude when she feels threatened or hurt. For example, she destroys the shelter they created because she is so mad about Martha’s budding friendship with Shelby.

I was stuck between 8 and cp6 for Toni because she is very aggressive. However, I feel like Toni is simply acting out of fear, rather than a need for control. In her flashbacks, she doesn't strike me as a leader type. Instead, she seems to just stick with Martha. I also feel like she is likely the sx variant of type 6 which is more aggressive and rebellious than the other subtypes. Additionally, when she and Regan are confronted by the group of men, Toni acts out because she is fearful of her safety. She also wants to protect Regan, but her actions seem to be more driven by fear.

Toni is extremely loyal to the people she loves, which we see in her friendship with Martha. As the plane is crashing, she instinctively goes to Martha so they can comfort each other. She is also distraught when she thinks Martha is going to die because Shelby gave her the last pill. Similarly, after she begins developing feelings for Shelby, she becomes very loyal to her and wants to go at her pace. For example, she doesn't tell anyone about their kiss and wants to let Shelby figure it out without pressuring her.

Toni has a very difficult home life and has always felt like she has had to look after herself. She has a non-existent relationship with her father and her mother is not reliable. So, Toni feels overwhelmed by this and often acts out because of it. For example, in her flashbacks, she gets mad at her foster siblings for ruining Regan's car and overreacts. This is also because she is afraid of the consequences and thinks Regan will not like her because of it. 

Toni clearly has a wall up when we see her on the island and especially as she interacts with Shelby. I think that Toni is attracted to Shelby, but doesn't want to get hurt, so she is really rude to her. Another reason she is combative and aggressive to Shelby is because she is jealous of her new friendship with Martha. She fees like Martha is her closest friend and they've always only had each other. Toni doesn’t want to lose Martha, as 6s don’t like being without support.

Helena is loyal, sweet, slightly insane and protective. Helena always wanted to find her family and when she meets Sarah and her sisters, she wants to do anything to keep them safe. 

At her best, Helena is very maternal and sweet. She is loyal to her sestras almost to a fault and puts their needs ahead of her own. Helena becomes more calm and is better able to control her emotions. She becomes less quick to react and less violent (integrating to 9).

At her worst, Helena acts out aggressively, especially when she feels betrayed. She has an inflated sense of importance and believes herself to be better than the other clones (disintegrating to 3). 

Helena had a troubling childhood which shaped her personality. She was raised by Ukrainian nuns before being taken in by the Proletheans. Both of these were quite abusive and toxic environments. I believe that these overly strict and fanatical upbringings contributed to a fear of disobeying her authority figures. Helena felt insecure in these homes, as she never knew what was going to happen to her or how the people around her would react.

In the first season, Helena was somewhat brainwashed by the Proletheans. She was repeatedly told that she was the original clone and that all the other clones were impure. Helena went after the other clones under the command of the Proletheans to kill the other clones with little question until she met Sarah. I believe that Helena was simply blindly loyal and too afraid to go against the people who had power over her. I don’t believe Helena was a bad person for trying to kill the other clones, I think she was just loyal to the wrong people. 

Helena feels an immediate connection with Sarah. She becomes fiercely protective of Sarah and will do anything for her. Helena loves her sestra so much she even forgives her for trying to kill her. Helena really wants to feel a familial bond with Sarah because she had such a tumultuous upbringing and never really had a loving family. 

When Helena meets her biological mother she is overcome by a crippling sense of betrayal. While it is unfair, Helena blames her mother for everything that is wrong in her life. She is unspeakably angry when she realises she was separated from her sestra because of her and put in these abusive environments. Helena’s feelings of betrayal (naturally) results in her murdering her mother. 

Helena has a strong stance against men because of what they have done to her in the past. However, when she meets Jesse she is instantly smitten. I believe deep down, all Helena wants is to love and for someone to truly accept her for who she is. Helena never really experienced the unconditional love of a family and this is what she really craves. She sees that Jesse is a good, normal person with a good heart and that he cares about her. Jessie likes her for who she is, which makes Helena love him even more.

Helena becomes very attached to the Hendrix family, especially Donnie and the kids. She is very protective of them and doesn’t want anything bad to happen to them. For example when Pouchy threatens the kids, Helena responds by killing everyone there because she just wants the kids to be safe.

Helena has a wing 7 because she is more reactive and person-oriented. She is also more eccentric, excitable and goofy than a 6w5.

Kristy is strong willed, opinionated and reliable. She is resourceful and has the idea to create the BSC as a way to help parents and children, while also getting time to spend with her friends.

At her best, Kristy is compassionate and understanding of other people’s feelings. She becomes better at managing her emotions and becomes more accepting of Watson’s relationship with her mother.

At her worst, Kristy is aggressive, controlling and bossy, especially within the BSC. Kristy has a tendency to think she knows best and wants things done her way. She can also be quite reactive when she feels the situation is out of her control. 

Kristy is very insecure, especially in regards to her relationship with her father. Her father abandoned her mother and siblings, leaving a void in Kristy’s life. When Kristy sees the other members of the BSC and their fathers, she reacts badly and feels alone. For example, when Dawn is talking to her father, Kristy becomes visibly upset and leaves Dawn’s house abruptly. This is also one of the reasons she is so cold towards Watson, as she feels her father is being replaced. However, as Kristy grows throughout the series, she realises it is not her fault her father left and is more open towards Watson.

Kristy is a natural born leader and is very resourceful. She is very good at managing the BSC, as we can see with her ideas for advertising the club and networking with the local parents. However, she can sometimes be quite bossy and is reluctant to let new members into the group. For example, she is upset when she learns Claudia told Stacy about the idea for the club and she doesn’t want to let Dawn into the group. This may be because she is suspicious of new people and wants to get to know them before letting them into her group.

Kristy friendship with Mary Anne shows some of her best attributes. For example, Kristy is mostly accepting of Mary Anne and is very loyal to her. She looks out for Mary Anne and tries to help her become more confident and often stands up for her. However, she has a tendency to be a bit jealous, as we can see with her reaction to Dawn’s friendship with Mary Anne.   

Kristy has a wing 7 as she is more extroverted and more expressive with her feelings than a wing 5 would be. Kristy is also likely counter-phobic as she is more likely to seek out her fears. She also often challenges her authority figures and is not likely to hide her anger.
