Enjoy the flavor of fresh juicy nectarines in a healthy frozen yogurt. This homemade treat is easy to make and perfect for a refreshing dessert on a hot day.
Ingredients: 4 ripe nectarines, pitted and chopped. 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Instructions: Put the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and chopped apricots in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it for the amount of time the manufacturer says, which is usually between 20 and 25 minutes. Put the frozen yogurt in a container with a lid and freeze it for two more hours to make it firmer. If you want, you can top your fresh nectarine frozen yogurt with fresh nectarine slices before serving it in bowls or cones.

On hot summer days, these Keto Sugar-Free Frozen Pops are a great way to cool off. They are low in carbs and taste great because they are made with unsweetened almond milk and fresh berries.
Ingredients: 2 cups unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. 1/4 cup coconut cream.
Instructions: In a blender, combine almond milk, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly among popsicle molds, filling each mold about halfway. Drop a few slices of strawberries and blueberries into each mold. Fill the molds with remaining almond milk mixture, leaving a little space at the top. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Before serving, gently warm coconut cream until slightly softened. Remove popsicles from molds and drizzle with coconut cream before enjoying.
