Ingredients: 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon honey. 1/2 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: In a blender, mix all the ingredients together. Blend until it's smooth and cool. Pour into glasses and top with mint and cucumber slices. Enjoy the cool and refreshing Cucumber Cooler!
