Cookie party! God knows I needed some sort of pick-me-up. I found his cast iron mold at a thrift store so of course the best course of action was to fill it with sweet pancake batter. It's sort of cookies, right?
Prepare for a fun Easter Cookie Decorating Party with these colorful and sweet cookies. This recipe is ideal for throwing a fun-filled party where guests can decorate their own cookies with vibrant icing and playful decorations.
Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Assorted food coloring. Royal icing store-bought or homemade. Sprinkles, colored sugar, and other decorations.
Instructions: Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. In a different large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until they are fluffy and light. Add the eggs one at a time and then the vanilla extract. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Separate the dough into pieces, and then use food coloring to color each one as desired. Put a piece of colored dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least an hour. Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on baking sheets. On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters and place them on baking sheets that have been prepared. After the oven is hot, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way. After the cookies have cooled completely, make the royal icing according to the directions on the package or your own recipe. Put the icing into different bowls and color them with food coloring if you want to. Put the colored icing into piping bags, and use them to make intricate designs on the cookies. While the icing is still wet, add some sprinkles, colored sugar, and other bits of fun. Wait for the icing to harden before you serve or package the cookies.

Create your own fun and personalized fortune cookies at home with this easy recipe. Perfect for parties, celebrations, or just a sweet treat.
Ingredients: 3/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 3 egg whites. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon almond extract. 2 tablespoons water. 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl. Whip the egg whites in a different bowl until they are foamy but not stiff. The almond extract, water, and melted butter should all be mixed into the egg whites. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones until the mixture is smooth. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. On the parchment paper, put about 1 tablespoon of batter. Then, use the back of a spoon to spread it out into a thin 3-inch 7.5 cm circle. The cookies should be baked for five to seven minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Quickly take the baking sheet out of the oven and do the following: Making a fortune cookie is easy: just put a fortune in the middle of a cookie, fold it in half, and then gently bend it over the edge of a cup or mug. Put the cookie in a muffin tin so it stays in shape while it cools. Do the same thing again with the rest of the batter. You should wait about 10 minutes for the cookies to cool and harden before taking them out of the muffin tin. Make more cookies until there is no more batter left. Enjoy your homemade fortune cookies that have messages written on them just for you!

Who doesn’t adore cookies? I mean, if the Cookie Monster and Santa are both fans, they must be pretty irresistible! But let’s be real, what could possibly go wrong with cookies? Oh, just a small detail: trying to make them healthier by skipping sugar, flour, or shortening is like trying to play hide-and-seek with your taste buds—they’re definitely going to find you, but not in a good way!…
