A delectable fall-inspired salad featuring tender fillet mignon slices atop a bed of mixed greens, complemented by the rich flavors of blue cheese, walnuts, and a tangy balsamic dressing.
Ingredients: 2 fillet mignon steaks. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups mixed salad greens. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon honey.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to high heat. Add salt and pepper to the fillet mignon steaks. For medium-rare steaks, grill them for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until they're done the way you like them. After letting steaks rest for 5 minutes, cut them very thinly across the grain. Mix mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese, and walnuts together in a large bowl. To make the dressing, mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey in a small bowl with a whisk. Add the dressing to the salad and toss it around to coat it. Place salad on plates and add sliced filet mignon on top of each one. Serve right away and enjoy!

This easy keto recipe will give you the rich flavors of pork chops that have been seasoned with herbs. It is a great low-carb option for a tasty dinner because the almond flour crust gives it a nice crunch.
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1/4 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Almond flour, chopped parsley, minced rosemary, thyme leaves, minced garlic, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a shallow bowl. Combine well. This is the herb crust you will make. Use paper towels to dry off the pork chops and get rid of any extra water. Brush olive oil all over each pork chop to make sure they are well covered. Press each pork chop into the herb crust mixture so that the herbs cover both sides. On a baking sheet, put a wire rack. Place the pork chops with the herb crust on the rack, leaving space between each one so that they cook evenly. For medium doneness, bake in an oven that has already been heated for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Take the pork chops out of the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Afterward, serve them. You can eat these herb-crusted pork chops with any of your favorite keto-friendly sides. Have fun with this easy and tasty keto recipe!
