u dont ever have to "come out" about having a pd. like. no one is entitled to ur personal medical information. its not an identity (not that anyone is entitled to that either) and its never anyone's buisness but ur own

if u wanna share ur feelings with ur friends or u want to be upfront about ur social limitations with people those are great things

but u never have to say "I have aspd" or ur lying to ur friends. its not deceiving anyone to keep ur private medical information private
