This is very specific, but suspected STPD is experiencing terrible paranoia that keeps you up at night/makes it hard to leave your house at night because you live in the area where the sk*nwalker urban legend originated and you're kind of convinced its real because all of the people and friends you've talked to have some sort of story about seeing them. And also its a dark sky city so it gets pitch black at night and it makes your visual distortions worse and you keep seeing figures of people walking in your peripheral at night 🥲 And you just don't understand how anyone else even casually jokes about these things and doesn't feel a constant terror about the idea of them lurking around.
