szpd culture is not being paranoid but having an intense need to wipe all traces of your existence every few months
it got better once I forced myself to sit these mental health crises out, but idk if it’s worth it when frankly forcing yourself to stay and letting these idiots know you is literally painful
Cluster A disorders + lgbt culture is difficulty telling apart your gender dysphoria, romance/sex repulsion, aro/asexuality, and your mental conditions.
I guess there was some causal relation growing up, but I can’t easily say that x caused y.

despite clusters c and a personality disorders being more common than cluster b (with c being the most common of the 3) I barely see anything about them. It’s usually just cluster b stuff I see
Also STPD + Depression Culture Is my symptoms get worse during my depressive episodes. I get more paranoid, more closed off, I become that one crazy recluse they talk about. I feel weirder.
