Let’s talk Shadowhunters:
Werewolf Clary Fray who’s a Shadowhunter but her mom kept out of that life because being a werewolf is more taxing on both the mind and the body and Luke is doing everything he can to teach her the ways of the werewolf acting as both an older brother and an alpha. She goes to Pandemonium with Simon and Maureen when the events of episode one happen but different. Instead of her going after Jace, she spots Izzy and running on liquid courage is trying to shoot her shot but one whiff of demon has her backing away because as Luke taught her: “Not your circus, not your monkeys.”
Izzy on the other hand is intrigued by this redhead werewolf who seemed to have backed off after smelling something and seeks her out after the mission is over. When she finds Clary, she’s flirting with another girl. Izzy cuts in and flirts with Clary who flirts back and things get heated but Clary ends up leaving before things can go further. The rest of episode happens but instead of Clary being portaled to the police station, she’s portaled to the Jade Wolf.
She then leaves after a good meal and heads back to the flat where she gets attacked by a demon and saved by Jace. She wakes up at the institute and immediately tries to leave because Luke has no idea where she is and he’s like a brother to her. Jace tries to stop her but can’t and Izzy decides to go with her. The show still continues as normal but Clary helps Simon with his vampire problems sooner and tries to keep him from returning to the Hotel DuMort but ultimately fails.
Izzy thinks Clary’s playing hard to get when in reality she’s just romantically awkward when it comes to someone having long term feelings for her, Valentine is still Clary’s father but she’s able to see through his bullshit a lot more and the story plays out almost the same as the show but with Clizzy instead of Clace.
