Ingredients: 8 large eggs. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup diced ham. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup chopped spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.
