Vinho de sobremesa chileno, elaborado com uvas Sauvignon Blanc 100% botrytizadas (ou seja, acometidas pelo fungo Botrytis cinerea, a “podridão nobre”), o que só ocorre em condições climáticas especiais, como as de 2007 no Vale de Casablanca. . A “podridão nobre” provoca uma lenta desidratação (passificação) das uvas, com intensa concentração de seus açúcares e aromas. O “mel” produzido pela prensagem dessas uvas-passas é fermentado em barricas por quase 1 ano e depois envelhecido por 12 meses em barris, antes de ser engarrafado. . O resultado é este vinho espetacular, doce e complexo, com enorme potencial de guarda. . Linda cor amarelo-âmbar. Aromas de damasco seco, pêssego em calda, casca de laranja e mel. Na boca tem muito dulçor, equilibrado pela acidez elevada. Untuosidade e corpo médio, com aromas persistentes de mel, damasco seco e frutas cítricas. . Delicioso!
