Biscoff Blossoms are delightful cookies made with the irresistible flavor of Biscoff cookies. These blossoms feature a soft and chewy center with a Biscoff cookie on top, making them a perfect treat for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Biscoff cookies, for decoration.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, cream together the Biscoff cookie spread, granulated sugar, and softened butter until smooth and well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and continue to mix until incorporated. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Remove from the oven and immediately press a Biscoff cookie into the center of each cookie while they're still soft. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, the Biscoff Blossoms are ready to be enjoyed!
