Live a little, life’s to short not too😊 Mom put on your bikini, No, I’m fat now ☹️ My babygirl and mom said no, take the picture. I was so insecure about putting on shorts too, showing the surgical and trauma scars on my knee and legs and the 25lbs I’ve gained since the car accident. I don’t know which bothers me the most. I posed against the scars to hide them. Had to remind myself I wear a lot of scars that aren’t seen and a ton of weight on my shoulders the world knows nothing about. I’ve spend most of the past 6 months in bed recoverying, now out of bed, at least you are walking now. It’s going to take some time to be the person you used to be. Enjoy this moment, you only have one Spring in 2019. Just gonna call this my recovery body. Months of rest, spiritual physical and mental healing 🧘🏽‍♂️ Day 2 headed back to the gym since first of January. Long overdue trying to “return” to my normal life. In and out of doctors offices and bed has been routine for 6 months now. I’m alive in the gym, the feeling of good health and adrenaline is life.
