This savory beef noodle stir-fry is a quick and flavorful dish that will satisfy your Asian food cravings. Tender beef slices, crisp bell peppers, and flavorful noodles are tossed in a savory sauce, creating a dish that's perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients: 250g beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 200g rice noodles. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: As directed on the package, cook the rice noodles. Once they are done, drain them and set them aside. Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix them together. Put away. Put vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Mix in the minced garlic and sliced onions, and stir-fry until the onions are clear and the garlic smells good. After you add the beef slices, cook for about two to three minutes, until they turn brown. After you add the bell peppers, cook for two more minutes. Add the cooked rice noodles and the sauce mix. Stir-fry until everything is heated through and well mixed. Add pepper and salt to taste. Before serving, sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.

Ingredients: 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced. 2 cups cooked noodles such as udon or rice noodles. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1-inch piece of ginger, minced. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1 carrot, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed. 3 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Combine the hoisin sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, oyster sauce, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Put aside. In a big skillet or wok, heat up one tablespoon of vegetable oil on high heat. Stir-fry the flank steak slices for two to three minutes, or until browned. Today I'm making beef noodle stir fry, a popular dish in one of the Chinese restaurants near me.
I tried to replicate the flavor, but not knowing the recipe exactly, I made it with my interpretation.
The main ingredients are black pepper beef slices and crunchy vegetables such as broccoli and baby corn.
Here is the recipe: https://tasteasianfood.com/beef-noodle-stir-fry/
Enjoy 🙂
