Enjoy the bold and tangy flavors of this Homemade Kansas City BBQ Sauce, perfect for enhancing the taste of your smoked meats. The balance of sweetness, smokiness, and a hint of heat makes it a crowd-pleaser at any barbecue gathering.
Ingredients: 1 cup ketchup. 1/2 cup molasses. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine ketchup, molasses, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard over medium heat. Stir in smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. For a spicier sauce, add more cayenne pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool before transferring to a jar or container for storage. Use the sauce for basting smoked meats during the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, or serve it on the side for dipping.

Enjoy the rich, smoky flavors of this beef brisket that has been smoked just right. The dry rub makes the naturally tasty beef taste even better, making a mouthwatering experience that will satisfy your BBQ cravings.
Ingredients: 1 whole beef brisket 12-15 pounds. 1/4 cup kosher salt. 1/4 cup black pepper. 1/4 cup paprika. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons garlic powder. 2 tablespoons onion powder. 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper. Wood chunks or chips for smoking hickory or oak.
Instructions: Remove any extra fat from the brisket, leaving a layer of 1/4 inch. For the rub, put salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Spread the rub out evenly over the brisket, making sure it covers all sides. For the best flavor, wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Warm up your smoker to 107F 225C and add wood chips or chunks to make smoke. The brisket should be put on the smoker grates with the fat side facing up. It should be smoked for about 1.5 hours per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 195203F 9195C. It's time to let the brisket rest for at least 30 minutes. Take it out of the smoker and wrap it in foil. Cut it across the grain and serve.

The smoky flavors of BBQ sauce, juicy beef patties, and cheddar cheese come together in the Rib Tickler Burger to make your mouth water. It's like a taste of barbecue heaven for Londoners!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickle slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Ground beef, diced red onion, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Four burger patties should be made from the mixture. Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. For the last minute of cooking, brush BBQ sauce on each burger patty and top with cheddar cheese shreds. Put a lid on top to melt the cheese. Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them for one to two minutes, until they get a little brown. Start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun. Then add a tomato slice, a burger patty with BBQ sauce and melted cheese, and finally a pickle slice. Put the top bun on top. Enjoy while hot!
