These Grilled Italian Sandwiches are made with deli meats, cheese, and zesty toppings that go together perfectly. They are cooked to perfection on the grill. They make a tasty and easy meal to eat outside!
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Stack the Italian roll halves side by side on aluminum foil sheets that are big enough to wrap each sandwich individually. Put one slice of provolone cheese, two slices of deli ham, two slices of Genoa salami, black olives, banana peppers, diced tomatoes, and red onions on the bottom half of each roll. About 1 tablespoon of Italian dressing should be poured over the toppings on each sandwich. Add another slice of provolone cheese and the other half of the roll to the top of each sandwich. Make sure that each sandwich is tightly sealed when you wrap it in aluminum foil. Put the sandwiches on the grill with the foil on top. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the cheese melts and the sandwiches are warm all the way through. After carefully taking the sandwiches out of the foil packets, they are ready to be served.
