The sweet, sour, and spicy flavors in these Grilled Maple Dijon and Chili Chicken Drumsticks go well together. The Dijon mustard and chili powder give it a great kick, and the maple syrup makes it a little sweet. When you grill drumsticks, they get a smoky flavor that makes them a hit at any BBQ.
Ingredients: 12 chicken drumsticks. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Mix the chili powder, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper with a whisk in a bowl with the maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Put the chicken drumsticks in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again. Making sure the drumsticks are well covered, pour half of the marinade over them. Save the rest of the marinade to use as a basting sauce. For the best flavor, marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the drumsticks out of the marinade and let the extra run off. Use olive oil to coat the drumsticks so they don't stick to the grill. Put the drumsticks on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the chicken every now and then, until it is fully cooked and has a nice char. For extra flavor, baste the drumsticks with the marinade you saved for the last 10 minutes of cooking. Take the drumsticks off the grill when they are fully cooked and have a little char on them. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving. If you want, you can serve it hot with chopped fresh cilantro or green onions on top.

This multi-purpose brisket rub creates a perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and savory flavors, enhancing the natural richness of the beef. The slow smoking process ensures a tender and juicy result, making it a delightful centerpiece for any barbecue gathering.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons kosher salt. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 whole beef brisket about 8-10 pounds.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine brown sugar, kosher salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, and dried oregano to create the brisket rub. Trim excess fat from the brisket, leaving a thin layer for flavor. Generously rub the spice mixture over the entire surface of the brisket, ensuring an even coating. Cover the brisket with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. Preheat your smoker to 225F 107C. Use wood chips of your choice for a smoky flavor. Place the brisket on the smoker grates, fat side up, and smoke for approximately 1.5 hours per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 195-205F 90-96C. Once done, remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve the smoky BBQ brisket slices with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Indulge in the perfect combination of juicy grilled burgers, creamy pimento cheese, and sweet-savory bacon jam. This recipe elevates your BBQ game with a burst of flavors in every bite.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef. 1 cup pimento cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices bacon. 1 large onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Mix the ground beef together and use salt and pepper to season it. Grill the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Make the bacon jam while the burgers are cooking. Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until it gets crispy. Take out the bacon and break it up. Sliced onions should be cooked in the same pan until they turn caramelized. Mix in the apple cider vinegar and brown sugar, then add the bacon bits. As you cook, the mixture should get thicker until it looks like jam. Pimento cheese should be spread on the cooked burger patties in the last minute of grilling so it can melt. On the grill, toast the buns for one to two minutes. Put a patty covered in pimento cheese on each bun to make the burgers. Add a big spoonful of bacon jam on top. Add tomato slices and lettuce to the top. The Pimento Cheeseburgers with Bacon Jam taste great when they are served hot.
