Hey everyone! This January 9th I, along with @kaylaitsines and others from the BBG community will be restarting the BBG guide. The BBG guide is short for Bikini Body Guide. And I literally swear by it. It is what gave me my after photos!!! It is a 3 month guide with 3 resistance/circuit workouts per week that only take 30 mins to complete. The results are so real.
