I like tracking data but not calories 🤣 I’m too lazy for that. I try to weigh myself a few times a week just to see if I’m bloating from certain foods.
Initial drop was a 4 month of BBG in 2018. I switched to lifting for a few months in 2019 and didn’t keep it up. The spike = depression. I did Chloe Ting workouts for 2-3 weeks in preparation for BBG 2020!
It’s really interesting that I’ve lost nearly the same in weight and measurements as 2018 but it only took me half the time. 🤔 I definitely don’t have the perfect diet but I’ve been focusing on getting more protein in. It’s a struggle haha I might hit around 75 grams of it. It’s just not enough but it’s better than before
