BBG RESTART JAN 9th
Hey everyone! This January 9th I, along with @kaylaitsines and others from the BBG community will be restarting the BBG guide. The BBG guide is short for Bikini Body Guide. And I literally swear by it. It is what gave me my after photos!!! It is a 3 month guide with 3 resistance/circuit workouts per week that only take 30 mins to complete. The results are so real. I just finished BBG 2.0! This makes 36 weeks BBG complete ( BBG 1.0 2x And BBG 2.0 x1). The biggest thing I’ve learned is progress doesn’t happen overnight, the changes are small and you only really see them when you look back! I’ve come so far.
