Just went on my longest run yet 🎉 Crushed my personal best mile time, kilometre time and my 5K time is officially under 30 minutes now 🏅 Yeah, I know it's not much but for me it is everything. Let's take a moment to talk about bloating 😫. Yesterday I was SOOOO bloated and I woke up this morning STILL somewhat bloated (full disclosure: yesterday I ate so much pasta when I got home so I didn't help myself 😅). TOM is obviously a factor but I am naturally very prone to bloating. I have sensitivity to dairy and huge sensitivity to some artificial chemicals found in a lot of things I try not to eat often, but also I just bloat. Sometimes, like last night, I get really upset and convinced that I haven't made any progress at all and I'm a failure at life (I am very dramatic in my mind) but I'm slowly learning to just get over it. Bloat happens. To everyone. Some people bloat more often than others. It's OK. Your progress is not undermined. You are not undermined. You're just bloated!
