Let me tell you a little secret on how to change the workout to make it easier or to make it harder.....adjust your range of motion and change the weights. • Range of Motion can mean a deeper squat or a more shallow squat, because you are not going down as far. Every single exercise can be adjusted this way, from planks to situps, from pilates to yoga. • Drop your weights and just use your body weight to make it easier or go up and add to your weights for a larger challenge. • BUT Listen to your body! • I have had a neck fusion, back fusion, mastectomy, rebuild, hysterectomy and tons of endometriosis surgeries. So there are so many things that I cannot do like others and so I modify and listen to my body.
