Having one kind of attraction to the opposing gender whilst having another kind of attraction to the same gender- for example:
being romantically attracted to the opposite gender but sexually attracted to the same gender (or vice versa)
being romantically attracted to one gender whilst being sensually attracted to the opposite
being sexually attracted to one gender whilst being alterously attracted to the opposite
etc. think of any combination, including ace/aro spec attractions such as alterous attraction.
Oblique = two or more lines that exist on the same plane in a nonparallel way, and therefore must at one point intersect (though not at a 90 degree angle.)
In this flag, oblique lines are used instead of perpendicular to symbolize the gray area between and beyond romantic and sexual attraction, and how they would relate to this identity.
