In another episode named "Royal Flush", Lammy, Giggles, Petunia, who are females, are somewhat surprised to see Flaky. Initially confused, they then let her in. Their reaction of surprise and hesitation could ambiguously indicate that she is male. Rhode Montijo also originally designed Flaky to be male (hence her lack of eyelashes), but the gender debate started because Nica Lorber, Flaky's voice actor, is a female voice actress who claims that Flaky is in fact female. On April 28, 2012, Flaky's gender was confirmed to be female, according to post on the Twitter account associated with Happy Tree Friends. In Behind the Screams, Michael Lipman stated that Flaky is metrosexual and her gender can go either way. The answer was split when they asked all the other people on the show. ”

I learned the word ambinary (binary ambigender, being both binary genders). but idk if it's right the way it's worded. but pretty sure many people use just "male-female bigender" or androgyne to mean that, right‽ I like how ambonec (being both yet neither at once) is worded

For being both binary and xenogender or xenoic; when you’re binary but xenogender(s) can also describe your gender experience; a form of being xenic and binaryvast/vastbinary (vastgender binary or binary xenogender).
Xenbinary could also be a word for it, or simply xenogender binary or binary xenogender. Xenobinary is something else. Xenibinary could be specifically xenic or xenine. Xinbinary for being XIN(gender) (xen in nature).

Being binary in this case is inclusive of ambinary/bingender/binary bigender/mesobinary/multibinary and aptobinary people. It can be used in any ways for whatever reason.
