i know it (the arcana, the aforementioned romance game) hasnt been properly updated in a good while, but still, i just wish they add a small update that adds neopronouns such as xe/xem or it/its

my enbian experience is playing fields of mistria and loving that you can make a character that uses it/its pronouns and can look any way you want but the available love interests all being binary men and women which makes you sad because despite being bisexual you prefer nonbinary people as a whole to men and women and you just wish for once nonbinary people (and fat people too) were represented in games with dating mechanics

my enbian experience is people assuming my relationship is straight when I talk about my boyfriend without it there, and people assuming my relationship is lesbian when we go somewhere together, and people assuming the relationship is gay when it talks about us without me there

as for how i found this label, i recently found out that the terms lesbian and sapphic don't fit anymore. i was tired of being treated as woman-lite because i present mostly "femininely." it became dysphoria inducing for me. i had a crisis and started hunting down terms made specifically for us. then i found this one. it's unfortunate that it's not more popular because people are insistent on shoving us into boxes we don't care for (and sometimes we do that to ourselves!) or having a negative knee-jerk reaction to any new-ish terms people use to specify how they move through the world. it sucks but i'm glad that this label exists and others can find solace in it
